At PERGOLUX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space. If your pergola or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Product

  Ensure all components are disassembled and placed back into their original shipping crates or boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized freight carriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
